These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Auspro Studios website (ausprostudios.com.au) and the services provided by Auspro Studios Pty Ltd (ABN 48 691 374 768) ("Auspro Studios", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Auspro Studios provides web design and development, mobile application development, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media optimisation (SMO), and related digital services. Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are set out in individual project agreements or quotes accepted by the client.

All quotes provided by Auspro Studios are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted by the client and a deposit is received. Auspro Studios reserves the right to withdraw or amend a quote prior to acceptance.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit of 50% of the total project value is payable upon commencement of work.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to final delivery or go-live.
• Monthly retainer services (such as Off-Page SEO) are invoiced at the start of each calendar month.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
• Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum calculated daily.

Upon receipt of full payment, Auspro Studios assigns to the client all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables created specifically for the client. Auspro Studios retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, code libraries, and methodologies used in delivering the services. Auspro Studios reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, content, and materials required for the project in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines and additional costs.
• Ensure that any content, images, or materials supplied to Auspro Studios do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

The number of revision rounds included in a project is specified in the relevant quote or proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and charged separately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auspro Studios' total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Auspro Studios is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage.

Auspro Studios warrants that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific business outcomes (such as search engine rankings or conversion rates) will be achieved.

Either party may terminate a project agreement by providing 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is liable for all work completed to the date of termination, payable within 14 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
